How Fast Jail Release Works

We’ve organized a network of mobile attorneys who can post bonds at municipal jails throughout Dallas County, and at Arlington and Plano municipal jails too. All you need to do is call us or submit our form using the “Get Out Of Jail!” buttons above, or you can click on any of the blue cop cars!

jail releaseWe’ll take some basic information from you, do a little investigation, and call you back with an estimated time of release and a quote for service. If you accept our quote for service, you pay immediately over the phone with a debit or credit card. We email you a receipt, and before it hits your inbox a lawyer will be on their way to start the release process by posting bonds.

Unlike a bail bonding company, we’re licensed Texas attorneys, with decades of experience litigating in Texas courts. We’re not simply putting you back on the street to go find an attorney. If you hire us for your jail release, your legal defense in the cases we’re bonding you out on is included in the price .

To post bonds on class C misdemeanors we don’t charge a percentage of the bond amount. Our fees are structured based on location and number of warrants, so our price point is predictable and transparent. Unlike a bail bonding company, we’re not going to expect you to report back to us every week or so. The opposite is true. We’ll be keeping you updated, via email, of your appearance dates and your obligations on the cases that we’ve bonded you out on.

If someone you know is currently in a Dallas County municipal jail, in Lew Sterrett or in Arlington or Plano municipal jails sitting out traffic citation warrants or warrants for any of the following offenses, don’t delay any further, submit our form, get a quote and get them released!

Possession of drug paraphernalia

Theft under $50
